Do you need a reservation to visit the zoo? No, we do not take reservations for General Admission. Can I purchase tickets online? No, we do not currently offer ticket purchases online. Do you offer discounts for admission? School teachers get in free everyday with their school ID. Military ID holders get in for the child rate. What forms of payment do you accept? Cash and card. There is a 4% fee on each card transaction. Is the season pass person specific? Yes, the season pass is only valid for the names listed on the card. Do you offer reciprocal membership from other zoos? No, we are a privately owned zoo. If we exit the zoo, are we able to re-enter same day? Yes, your admission is good for the entire day. Do you allow smoking inside of your park? No, smoking is prohibited throughout the entirety of the park. Do you allow outside food and drink? Yes, you may bring in outside food and drink. We have picnics tables available throughout the park. Do you have wheelchairs and strollers available for rental? We have manual wheelchairs available on a first come first serve basis. We do not offer motorized wheelchair or stroller rentals. Are pets allowed inside the park? We allow dogs on a leash. They cannot bark at or aggravate any of our animals or other customers. Does the park close for bad weather? We are open rain or shine. If there is an extreme weather condition that causes the park to become unsafe, we may close. We do not offer rain checks. Do you have an ATM? There is an ATM located in the main admissions and concessions building. Do you require facemasks? Facemasks are not required in our facility.
